AXAN is the Australian Exchange Alumni Network. It is about sharing the energy and incredible experience that is studying overseas.

We're a not-for-profit association that is free to join and aimed at creating a network for anyone who has studied overseas on some form of exchange program as part of their education.

It is also a network for businesses who want to discover, and tap into, the world-class skills that internationalised graduates have.

Study Overseas portal goes online – Sep 19th 2008

Australian Education International through the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations is pleased to announce the launch of the Study Overseas web portal at www.studyoverseas.gov.au.

The Study Overseas portal consolidates information about overseas study opportunities for Australian students into one easy-to-access site. Visitors to the portal will find a range of information on topics such as: the value and benefits of studying overseas; financial assistance and scholarship opportunities; and general tips and information on travelling overseas. Visitors to the portal can also read the personal experiences of Australian students who have had the opportunity to study overseas.

The portal should be the first point of contact for those interested in finding out more about studying overseas. Whether you are an Australian tertiary student, a parent or an educator within the higher education and vocational education and training (VET) sectors, you will find the portal a useful source of information and a gateway to other relevant web-based resources.
